Nthabeleng Lephoto, a native of one of the villages TTL serves, has always been deeply committed to her community’s well-being, particularly in the face of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. As TTL’s Managing Director since its inception, she has led the charge in developing and overseeing nutritional and care programs, expanding Outreach to new areas in Mokhotlong, growing the staff, and managing substantial projects in collaboration with international donors. Her extensive experience encompasses adept management of administrative affairs, fostering and maintaining international partnerships, and providing direct care and developmental support to children within the TTL Safe Home.

Kefuoe Sekhiba

Finance Officer, Outreach Manager

Kefuoe Sekhiba, born and raised in the Mokhotlong community, joined the TTL family in March 2015, bringing with her over a decade of experience working with NGOs. Her financial expertise, combined with her skills in monitoring and evaluation, donor relations, and grant proposals make her an invaluable asset to our team. Utilizing her background and knowledge in community development, she has been instrumental in enhancing the Outreach Program. Her unwavering passion for TTL’s mission is a driving force that ensures our continued growth and success. With her guidance, experience, and skill set, we are confident that TTL will continue to thrive and expand.
