TTLF offers opportunities each year for students, medical personnel, and dedicated supporters to volunteer in Lesotho.
In addition to these short-term volunteer opportunities, TTLF also hires year-long Fellows to work and serve along the TTL staff.

Fellows
Fellows live and work at the TTL headquarters in Mokhotlong, Lesotho. Their role is to support the operations and management of TTL in Lesotho, communicate with donors and supporters abroad, and undertake projects that contribute towards the overall missions of TTL and TTLF.
Fellow positions are available every six months and are contracted to run for a full calendar year. This means there is always a several-month overlap in the two Fellows working at TTL. A fellowship is a truly unique opportunity to partner with TTL!
