Last week our Finance Manager and Peace Corps Volunteer attended and HIV/AIDS and Program Design and Management workshop put on by Peace Corps Lesotho. Both Mme Kefuoe and Nastassia gained new tools to help TTL continue to provide amazing programs to our clients. Both learned more about the updated HIV status in Lesotho and how PEPFAR in coordination with the Ministry of Health are planning to continue to reduce the prevalence rate in Lesotho. The best part of the workshop was getting to connect with other organizations in Lesotho working to improve health outcomes of Basotho. We look forward to partnering for future projects. Nastassia is a current Peace Corps Volunteer with TTL. She has experience working in various aspects of International Public Health with a strong focus on Maternal and Children’s health. She works mostly with the various TTL outreach programs and just loves spending afternoons in the safe home with the best babies in the world.
